For a symbol so frequently used, there should be a key available - but there isn't. No problem, though. All you have to do is....
On a PC:
Hold down the Alt key while keying in the numerics 0169
Hey - they have to be the 'numerics' to the right of a standard keyboard - the ones along the top won't work.
On a Mac:
Just enter Option + G
